The latest Labelling Regulation - R3337 - is now open for public comment.
R3337 IS THE LATEST VERSION OF THE LABELLING REGULATIONS
REPLACING R2986, R3287, R3320.
As of 21 April 2023, the Department of Health released Regulation 3337 - the latest Regulations Relating to the Labelling and Advertising of Foodstuffs, open for public comment. The 21 July deadline was the original deadline date for comments, however, the Department has since extended this date.
The deadline for comments has been extended
as per Gov Notice 49094: 21 September 2023.
Interested persons are invited to submit any substantiated comments or representations on the proposed regulations, to:
