The Minister of Health, Dr MJ Phaahla, has extended the comment period for the Regulations relating to the Labelling and Advertising of Foodstuffs, R3337 of 21 April. This includes all other notices (R3287 and R3320).
The new deadline for comment is 21 September 2023.
