The Department of Health recently released R3287 (Draft Labelling Regulations)- but this has since been replaced by R3320.

Regulation 3287, which was released on 14 April 2023 for comment has now been replaced by a newer draft.
Regulation 3320 was published on 21 April 2023, and allows for comments to be submitted by 21 July 2023.
