Adele has a National Diploma in Public Health as well as a Human Resource Development Diploma
She has been involved in the food safety industry since the early 90`s by consulting to various businesses relating to governance and compliance to applicable food related legislation, and assisted business owners to obtain various food safety related certifications. She has even done a stint as an EHP.
Adele has a passion for the food industry and brings that passion to each and every engagement she enters into. She believes in doing the right things right, and uses that approach to show businesses the benefits of running compliance programmes to better the business and not just as a tick box activity. By spending time on the front lines in the manufacturing field, gives her the unique ability to translate legislative, legal and standards requirements into practical implementable actions.
Adele loves people and a highlight of her career was setting up and managing a training centre for the food industry. She is very interested in how the culture of a company impacts on the effectiveness of its management systems.
She’d rather be outdoors, enjoying mountain bike rides, strolls in the forests and combining pleasant walks in nature with the swinging of a golf club. She is a loving partner, a dedicated mother of two teenagers and a passionate human being shining her inner light everywhere.
