2017 seems to be bringing new challenges, but also new opportunities. The world grows smaller as supply chains stretch wider afield; and disruptive technology and innovation seem to be the order of the day as we all strive to give our businesses the competitive edge. But in gaining that competitive edge, it's important to remember that there are some shortcuts that shouldn't be taken, especially if they compromise food safety, quality, employee safety and rights, or the environment.

 

Keep on doing things the right way, it will pay off in the end!
