ANIMAL DISEASES ACT, 1984 (ACT NO. 35 OF 1984) CONTROL MEASURES RELATING TO FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE

The Minister of Agriculture, acting under Section 9 (1) of the Animal Diseases Act, 1984 (Act No. 35 of 1984) hereby-

(a) repeal the control measures relating to foot and mouth disease as prescribed in Government Notice No 2606 of 7 October 2022; and

(b) prescribe the control measures set out in Government Notice No 50977 of 26 July 2024.
