The pandemic is having an impact on every food business in South Africa. As a provider of essential goods, food businesses are "business as usual" during the lockdown. But it is far from business as usual. Although no changes have been made to R638, the hygiene regulations, there are requirements that must be considered in light of the new Disaster regulations and the OHSA.
