Barbara Creecy, Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment hereby publishes for comment the Draft General Policy on the Allocation of Commercial Fishing Rights for the 2021/2022 Fishing Rights Allocation Process as contained in the schedule to this notice.

Any person who wishes to comment on the draft policy may submit written comments to the Department in the following manner:
