The Minister of Health, has in terms of section 15 (1) of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972 (Act No. 54 of 1972) hereby repeals Regulations Relating to Edible Fats and Oils, Government Notice No. R. 1316 of 16 August 1996 with immediate effect.
