CXC1-1969
A revised edition of the Codex Alimentarius General Principles of Food Hygiene (CXC-1- 1969) has been issued. This includes the guidelines for the application of the HACCP system. November 2023
The Codex Alimentarius Commission adopted the revised Code of Practice (General Principles of Food Hygiene (CXC 1-1969) and its HACCP annex) in September 2020. It was further updated in 2023 adding annexes and tools to determine the critical control points.
