Kindly note that the final draft amendment regulations have also been forwarded to the WTO contact point in South Africa for Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) Notification to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) to provide WTO member countries with the opportunity to comment.
The local consultation process has thus been concluded and no further comments will be considered by the Department
