You are invited to register for the 1st South African Food Safety Culture “Train the Trainer” Workshop.
The GFSI Technical working group defines food safety cultures as, “shared values, beliefs and norms that affect mindset and behaviour toward food safety in, across and throughout an organization.”
What are these shared values and beliefs within your organisation? How is this sub-culture affected by the larger organisational culture and ethos? How do you change and influence these values and beliefs? Who are the key role players or influencers? How do you manage this organisational change? Are there other tools to help with this?
These are all the aspects we would like to chat about and share our expertise and research.
We also want to create a community of like-minded people who can support one another in these initiatives.
