We're bringing our Listeria Workshop to the Mother City.
South Africa’s listeria outbreak has gone down on record as the largest outbreak in history. The food industry is under intense scrutiny from the public and more than ever there is the need to ensure that our systems are effective and that we are educated on the risks and able to take preventative measures.
Though a source has been identified, the NICD has mentioned that it has had many positive listeria results of other strains – the industry is still in the spotlight and needs to be proactive to manage this risk.
