Thavan Naidoo graduated with an Honours Degree in Food Science and Technology at the University of Johannesburg, seconded by a Master’s in Microbiology at the University of Witwatersrand in 2000.
He has experience in several industries and has been involved in product development for major brands. He specializes in ISO 17025, ISO 22000,FSSC 22000, ISO 18000, ISO 14001, HACCP(SANS 10330), SANS 10049:2011, ISO 9001, SQF, and he is technical adviser for laboratories, operations and procurement. He has a passion for sustainability and related matters.
