What is a novice?

We think you are someone who is new to the concept of quality management although as a consumer you understand quality when you see it. You need to know the basics. You need tools to implement simple quality control and quality assurance processes in your company.

What must a novice be able to know and do?

Our intention with articles aimed at the novice is to ensure you have an understanding of quality, customer service and the importance of getting it right the first time. We also want to equip you on HOW to apply quality with practical tips, templates and advice.

We want to help you meet your customer requirements consistently and cost effectively.
