How do you KNOW the product you are buying is really good quality?

“Providing you with the best quality product…”,
“We select the best quality ingredients for our products…”
… every slogan of every company ever!

All we hear about is how excellent the product is and how excellent the quality of every ingredient is!
The truth is: how do you KNOW? How do you know that the best quality ingredient is selected and that the best quality product is provided to you? You TRUST…


Here at our headquarters, we don’t trust, because we see too much. Every company, from the Top 10 in the food industry to the farmer around the corner, is marketing quality and using quality as a strategy to gain the trust and loyalty of consumers. Yet, back at the ranch, little attention is given to testing actual quality and to comply with more rigorous standards.

Shockingly, there is very little knowledge about legislation and standards in the food industry. The main goal is to promote “quality”, yet to spend as little as possible money actually proving it!

We have heard the weirdest arguments… “just because production has increased, it doesn’t mean quality testing must increase”.  Really? That is EXACTLY what it means!

It is time that food manufacturers, farmers and all involved in the food industry realize that marketing quality without actually producing quality products will do your company more harm than good! Pinky and the Brain are so busy taking over the world, that we don’t have time to play quality-police, but someone will have to start monitoring testing and implementing standards in the food industry! Quality has become a “cheap” way of gaining consumer trust, penny wise and pound foolish…


All this talk about food, has made us … thirsty!
