Training of SMMEs in Quality Management Systems, Health & Safety and Food Safety. Assist companies in the implementation of Food Safety Management Systems (GMP and HACCP) and ISO Standards (e.g. ISO 9001:2015; ISO 45000 and ISO 22000). Provided training support to clients in in South Africa, Zambia, Namibia and Nigeria. Previously worked as a Quality Manager for several multinationals in Kwazulu Natal, Mpumalanga and Zambia.
