Skills Programmes include: GMP, HACCP for Supervisors, Compile a HACCP Study, Internal & Supplier Auditing as well as Implement a Food Safety Management System – ranging from NQF 1 – 5. The skills programmes are endorsed by FoodBev SETA and learners will receive a Certificate of Competence. We provide accredited training as well as workshops. All workshops can be presented on-site for a group of people.
