Full Description
The Minister of Health has, in terms of section 15 (1) of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act. 1972 (Act No. 54 of 1972), made the Regulations in the Schedule.

Who should attend?
Regulation 638 is applicable to every establishment that handles, prepares, transports and/or sells food to the general public. Accordingly, all such establishments are required to be in possession of valid Certificates of Acceptability (COA).
