The aim of any organization is to fulfill its purpose through the integrated activities of all its components and people. Managers and supervisors are entrusted to create business value through effective and efficient management of processes and resources. In order to develop effective and efficient leadership, there is increasing need to impart soft management skills to already technically competent personnel as part of their development. This course has been specifically designed to close the gap between technical and management competencies required for managers, supervisors, scientists and other personnel who want to improve their managerial skills in the food manufacturing business. Our aim is to impart knowledge and skills in effective leadership and management to individuals who want to lead successful teams
