A brief introduction to innovation and awareness of the innovation culture to drive improvements and energise people and ideas.
Participants learn and use practical innovation tools working on real tasks that they can apply in their workplace. Facilitators guide the practical sessions in small groups to ensure tools are mastered, leaving participants confident, energised and brimming with ideas to take to the workplace.
We provide standard training products as public or in-house courses. We can also customise in-house programmes to address customers’ unique challenges or opportunities and combine these with other offerings.
