In this webinar about the dairy matrix concept, the Consumer Education Project (CEP) of Milk SA will highlight the health aspects of dairy by unpacking how the dairy matrix applies to milk, yoghurt, maas, and cheese.
Discover how you can use the concept of the dairy matrix as the tool to position dairy as a healthy and nutritious food that outcompetes any dairy imitation product. Reminding consumers and stakeholders of the nutritional benefits of dairy is critical to the industry’s sustained relevance in today’s markets.
The session covers:
• the science behind the dairy matrix
• how the CEP takes the science to consumers in a way that resonates with them
• how you can use this content in your own marketing campaigns.
The CEP is committed to communicating dairy as a vital part of a healthy South African diet and through this webinar, you can empower your communications team and other employees with content to ensure your followers value nutritious dairy foods in their diet.
