Wendy Erasmus

Wendy Erasmus is a Food Technologist with more than 25 years’ experience in the food industry including 8 years of experience in microbiological and chemical testing laboratories and 7 years of food safety auditing.

Wendy started Food Safety Support Systems in 2014 to assist manufacturers in obtaining and maintaining food safety system certification and to assist laboratories in achieving SANAS accreditation. Areas of expertise include management systems design, implementation, training and auditing, which is backed by international qualifications in Food Safety Auditing, Facilitation and Assessment.

The scope of consultation includes all elements of management system requirements for HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC (Food, flexible extruded plastic and paper packaging and Agents &Brokers) and ISO 17025.
