Exhibition organiser Messe Muenchen South Africa have issued a call for papers, seeking expert industry speakers for food & drink technology Africa, the premier trade fair for food, beverage, and packaging in Southern Africa, set for the 13-15 July 2021 at Gallagher Convention Centre, Johannesburg.
Food & drink technology Africa will bring together key industry stakeholders from across Africa and abroad for three days of high-level engagement to present new research, trends analysis, case studies, innovations and solutions for sectors.
Experts in their field and leading industry players are invited to submit abstracts for consideration, to be presented at the 2021 forum. Topics to be covered at the next food & drink technology Africa Forum include trends and solutions across:
- beverage manufacturing and processing solutions
- Agro-processing solutions
- Bakery innovations
- Meat and dairy equipment and solutions
- Liquid food solutions to meet Africa’s production needs
- fruit & vegetable processing trends and solutions
- Filling and packaging technology
Experts interested in presenting papers at food & drink technology Africa 2021 are invited to submit their presentation topic, a brief biography and image of the speaker and a brief synopsis of their presentation.
