The Department of Health has published the amended Regulations governing the maximum limits for pesticide residues that may be present in foodstuffs in Notice 119 in Government Gazette 43008.
The amendments include the insertion of definitions as well as the deletion of definitions.
The annex to the regulations is also amended by insertions of various types of foodstuffs with their applicable information.
